Action Coaching

A Personal Coaching Experience

Communication is an essential part of leadership. Whether it's a formal presentation, a staff meeting, a letter to the field or an impromptu discussion in the hallway, a leader must communicate their vision with clarity and power. Although a science, through dedicated practice, communication can be taken to the level of art. Our coaching experience is for those who are willing to do what it takes to get to the next level of excellence.

Insight

Our process begins by targeting your level of skill. Are you basically a confident communicator with some minor adjustments needed? Do you face a major block of some form that needs more concentrated work? Most people are not objective about their abilities, so the first step is to interview you and those around you to set a realistic course.

"I've always been good at communication, but they took me one step beyond where I was. I didn't think anybody could do that."

Information

We will work on real content, in any form, that presents the highest payback to you. We will show you how to organize verbal or written messages in a way that eliminates the passionless gruel that passes for most business communication. In our philosophy, there is no such thing as too much clarity.

Intervention

Our work with you is private, demanding and practical. At the same time, we're flexible enough to meet with the most demanding of schedules. Face-to-face, by telephone, or via the Internet, we will support you globally. The ICS process is conducted on a one-on-one basis beginning with a 2 hour in-person assessment. After that we will work with you to create a learning plan that best suits your schedule and challenges. We've designed slides for presentations in Singapore using the Internet, edited crucial sales proposals by telephone, and rehearsed clients backstage before major keynote addresses. We will be where you need us, when you need us.
